We are a small, family-owned hobby producer. We have 800 taps on site and friends tap another 400 taps giving us a total of 1200 taps. Friends bring their Sap over and we boil it over a 2 x 8 wood-fired evaporator. We also use an RO to take our sap to 8 to 10 percent before boiling on the evaporator.

During Maple Weekend we will plan to serve pancakes and sausages. We will have Maple Cookies, Maple Cream, Maple sugar, and Maple syrup for sale.
